What we collect

Your email (to sign you in with a one-time code), your name and phone, delivery addresses you add, your orders, reviews, and your approximate location when you search for kitchens. Cooks also provide a kitchen address, permit details, dish photos and payout information (held by Stripe, not by us).

How we use it

To show nearby kitchens, place and deliver orders, pay cooks, send order emails, prevent fraud and comply with the law. We never sell your personal information.

Who sees what

Buyers see a cook's kitchen name, photos and an approximate map location — never the street address. Cooks see your name, order and delivery instructions — never your address; the authorized courier (or the cook, when she delivers herself) receives it for that delivery only. Our service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Cloudflare (hosting).

Your choices

You can edit or delete addresses and sign out of all devices in the app. To delete your account and data, email privacy@mamanpaz.app; we complete deletion within 30 days except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Children

Maman Paz is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

The marketplace

Maman Paz is a marketplace operated by 4LINB LLC. Meals are prepared and sold by independent, permitted home cooks; 4LINB LLC collects payment on their behalf. Delivery is performed by the cook or by an independent local courier the cook has authorized through the app, as California's microenterprise home kitchen law requires.

Orders and payment

Prices, delivery fee and taxes are shown before you pay. Your card is charged when the cook accepts the order; if a cook declines or cannot fulfil it, you are refunded in full. Orders can be cancelled by the buyer until the cook starts cooking.

Cooks

Cooks must hold a valid home-kitchen permit in a state where Maman Paz operates, keep it current, list only dishes they prepare themselves, use real photos and follow local food-safety rules. Maman Paz may suspend any kitchen that does not.

Reviews and conduct

Reviews must be honest and about a completed order. Harassment, discrimination or attempts to contact a cook or buyer outside the app for the same transaction are not allowed.

Liability

Food is prepared by independent cooks who are responsible for its quality and safety. To the extent permitted by law, 4LINB LLC's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Governed by the laws of California.
